Tru-Wave devices are warrantied for (1) year from the date of purchase. Red Light Therapy devices are warrantied for life (10 years). We recommend you take a picture of your receipt for safe keeping.
Due to the rapid change in technology we will be unable to fulfill older products that are no longer being produced. In this special case we will send the most equivalent current product we have in stock.

Include your name, phone number, email, date of purchase, last 4 numbers of the card used for payment, warranty card number, and devices registered under your warranty. You must ship your non-working device to our receiving address. The cost of shipping is at buyer's expense.
Note: Filing a claim for a Tru-Wave device is only possible if the device is still under the (1) year warranty period beginning from date of purchase, or under the extended warranty. If the extended (1) year warranty was purchased for your device, the extended (1) year warranty begins at the end (366th day) of the previous warranty period. Attachments such as massage gun heads, charging cables, charging blocks, or carrying cases are not covered under warranty.
Filing a claim for Red Light Therapy devices is only possible if the device is still under its registered lifetime warranty (10 years from date of purchase). If the extended (1) year warranty was purchased for your device, the extended (1) year warranty begins at the end (366th day) of the previous warranty period.
Hidow:
Hidow TENS/EMS devices, wired or wireless, are warrantied for (2) years from the date of purchase. If an extended lifetime warranty was purchased and registered with your device, your lifetime warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
